The Protection System
A Corrosion Barrier First, a Wearing Surface Second
Most deck coatings are floor products asked to do corrosion work. CorroShield is built the other way around. The pure polyurea membrane is a moisture- and chloride-impermeable barrier bonded directly to blast-profiled steel, with stripe-coated welds and edges where corrosion starts. Over that barrier, the wearing course is tuned to service: smooth for covered platforms, aggregate-broadcast for vehicle and pedestrian traffic, with a UV-stable silicone-class topcoat on exposed decks.
Because the membrane is self-flashing and cures in seconds, drains, posts, and rail penetrations are sealed in the same pass as the field — the details that fail first on sheet-membrane systems simply do not exist here.
